The 1-Month Zero-Risk Pilot Program

We don't just show you videos or staged demos. We place our fully operational, high-performance technology directly on your premises for an extended, transparent month-long trial under real conditions. It allows verification of sustained runtime, output consistency, syngas purity, and energy self-sufficiency. If it doesn't perform exactly as contracted, we take it back.

Precise Specification & Contract

We begin by agreeing on a precise specification for the pyrolysis unit, specifically tailored to your needs, available feedstock (tires, plastics, or RDF), and operational targets.

We then sign a detailed contract that clearly defines the exact qualitative and quantitative performance results expected during testing and operation. This ensures absolute transparency and sets clear benchmarks for success.

Manufacturing, Configuration & Delivery

Upon payment of a 60% initial deposit, manufacturing begins (with a typical lead time of 6 months). Once ready, the unit is delivered directly to your designated site.

To accommodate your site's specific regulatory requirements, we offer flexible installation options: standard ground configuration, or mounted on a wheeled chassis for mobile classification (which can significantly simplify permitting and approval processes).

1-Month Real-World Testing & Hands-on Training

Our certified technician installs and commissions the unit, then operates it in full pilot/test mode for one full month. During this intensive period, we provide:

  • Data Collection: Comprehensive on-site data gathering from recycling various material types (multiple feedstocks can be tested as agreed) to prove output consistency and contaminant management.
  • Capacity Building: Hands-on training for your local personnel covering full operation, process control, and standard maintenance.
  • Live Demonstrations: Facilitation of site visits for your investors, potential partners, local authorities, or regulators for direct observation of the technology in action.

Joint Evaluation & The Zero-Risk Guarantee

At the end of the month, we jointly evaluate the qualitative and quantitative results against the contractually agreed specifications (within defined tolerances).

  • If specifications are met: The unit proves its value. You pay the remaining 40% by the agreed deadline, and full ownership transfers to you.
  • If specifications are NOT met: You receive a full refund of your initial 60% deposit (minus basic operational costs). We dismantle and remove the technology, leaving you with no further obligations.

There is no stronger way to prove the reliability and value of our advanced recycling technology than this fully de-risked approach.
