Mobile Pyrolysis System
All-in-one containerized solution for transforming end-of-life plastics, tires, into valuable resources.
Closed and Emission-Free Process
From the moment feedstock enters the hopper, the entire process runs in a fully enclosed and sealed loop. The produced syngas is cleaned (e.g. using wet scrubbers and activated carbon filters) and then used to generate electrical and thermal energy in gas-driven generation units, while the liquid fraction (pyrolysis oil) is further treated and distilled for commercial use. Solid residues (carbon / carbon black) and metal fractions are separated and prepared for industrial reuse or further processing.
Thanks to this design, the system achieves very low direct emissions and is engineered to meet strict European environmental standards while minimizing the need for landfill or traditional incineration.
Proven Output
Our mobile pyrolysis solution delivers these commercially usable outputs:
- Pyrolysis oil – feedstock for the chemical industry, suitable for refining or as a substitute for fossil fuels depending on specification.
- Syngas – a clean fuel that powers on-site generation and enables energy self-sufficiency of the unit.
- Carbon / Carbon black – a solid inert product suitable for industrial applications (e.g., as an additive or secondary raw material).
Energy Self-Sufficiency & Revenue Streams
The system is designed to be energy self-sufficient — energy produced from its own syngas covers operational demands. Surplus electricity can be exported to the grid, while pyrolysis oil, carbon black and recovered metals provide additional revenue streams or feedstock for local industry.
Input Feedstocks & Flexibility
This technology can process a wide range of waste streams — from sorted and mixed plastics to RDF and tires. The modular, mobile format allows deployment close to the waste source, reducing logistics and preprocessing costs. Throughput depends on unit configuration; compact mobile units typically handle hundreds of kilograms per hour for plastic streams, with higher capacities for specialized lines (e.g., tire processing).
Environmental Benefits
Compared with conventional incineration or landfilling, our approach significantly reduces carbon footprint while limiting NOx, SOx and particulate emissions. Converting waste back into valuable hydrocarbon fractions or energy supports the circular economy and helps meet ESG targets for both municipal and industrial customers.
Reliable Operation & Support
Units are designed for long-term continuous operation with high availability. Our solutions include remote diagnostics, operational monitoring and service support to minimize downtime and maximize uptime.
