We offer the most efficient small gas turbines in the world made by the company Aurelia. Their turbines enable simple and efficient electric generation for small and medium size industrial processes and their modular design allows maximum flexibility. Aurelia’s combustion process has been developed to use natural gas, syngas, renewable and other non-standard fuels.
Technology for turning heat into cooling
Industrial waste heat or solar heat is converted by technology called THEAC-25 directly into cold using thermo acoustic technology. Feeding heat input into one side of the THEAC-25 results into 25 kW cold output at the other side, enabling the production of cold air or cold water. The cold output of the THEAC-25 can reach temperatures as low as -25°C. The technology is 100% clean: no refrigerants, no electricity, no GWP and no CO2.
Tire shredders cut tires and other waste materials into 6″ inch shreds. It can be used also for other applications such as wood, plastics, and rubber. Usually, common tire shredders cut large truck and car tires up to 12 metric tons per hour. Its output provides 150 mm (6” inch) rough shreds to 50 mm (2” inch chips).
Bunker load automatically shreds tires in to the process. The bunker system has special modular principle and it is perfectly designed down to the last detail. The intelligent and cost-effective series provides the greatest possible flexibility within the standard product range.
A cogeneration unit is a cheaper possibility than turbines. These units are made in modular variable designs and they are available with a soundproof cover or without cover or placed in a container. The all-in-one design makes the installation of cogeneration units very easy and all components are placed on a common unit frame.
